Your area of responsibility will also include handling cases related to directors' and officers' liability, cybercrime, and breach of trust.Your activity will include, in particular, the analysis of facts, the legal assessment of liability and insurance coverage, but also the conduct of negotiations with injured parties and their legal representatives and, if necessary, support for judicial proceedings.Furthermore, you will provide support to underwriting for complex risks, collaborate on projects, and be required to make presentations during seminars.Your skills and talents- You are proactive and have a team spirit, you know how to assert yourself and negotiate, and studying files is a challenge you enjoy taking on.- Thanks to your strong analytical skills and your ability to quickly grasp complex problems, you are able to solve them quickly.- You have excellent oral and written communication skills in French.
