We are looking for an Insulator / Thermal Insulation Fitter for our Workshop Construction department
Your mission:
- You ensure the proper functioning of the thermal insulation of various heat or cold production installations, ventilation or air conditioning for the Monthey industrial park.
Your activities:
- Ensure maintenance and manufacture of equipment in the fields of insulation, ventilation and sheet metal work
- Analyse assignments and plan the work to be carried out
- Read plans and instructions provided by the technical office
- Choose types of insulation and cladding materials according to technical and legal requirements while considering their energy efficiency
- Develop (or cutting plan) the envelope intended to cover the insulation of certain objects (tank, boiler, cold room, ...)
- Cut the different parts of the envelope and prepare them for assembly through various operations: drilling, stamping, bending, curving, ...
You have:
- A Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as thermal insulation fitter-sheet metal worker, tinsmith or equivalent training
- Several years of experience in insulation (would be a plus)
- A customer-oriented, solution-focused approach
- An open and dynamic personality with good organisational skills
- A strong sensitivity to the standards, procedures and safety regulations in force in your field of activity
