At the heart of our Back-Office service, you play an essential role in the coordination and management of external technical resources on a national scale. As a guarantor of service quality, you validate, coordinate, and plan technical interventions, you respond to authorized partners and technicians, and you pilot the management of field activities from the office at the Swiss level, in the 2 main languages which are French and German.Your daily responsibilities:- Processing of technical interventions and commissioning - in French and German- Support for the network of authorized partners and field technicians- Establishment and monitoring of intervention reports and telephone follow-ups with the network- Processing of client requests and more specifically Key Accounts- Ensure the processing of certain activities related to the customer life cycle and the technical part- Management of network interventions and client portfolioA versatile and empowering position, at the crossroads of technology, customer service, and administration.Your profile:- Commercial employee training- Mastery of French and German (Swiss German) or vice-versa- Comfortable with tools, on the phone, and a particularly developed sense of customer service- Versatility and autonomy in processing activities- Resistance to stress and ability to keep a cool head- Technical knowledge is a plus (interest in alarm systems, networks, and their technological leanings)- Willingness to learn a new professionWhat we offer:A job that makes sense!
