Job Description
- Administrative and organisational support of the field sales and sales team
- Preparation, processing and follow-up of quotations
- Monitoring and coordination of delivery dates in close cooperation with production and logistics
- Telephone and written support and advice to customers
- Receipt and processing of customer enquiries and orders
- Ensuring a smooth flow of information between customers, field sales, production and logistics
- Maintenance of customer and master data in the ERP or CRM system
- Support in optimising internal processes in inside sales
- Participation in export processing and international customer orders
Profile
- Completed commercial training or a comparable further education
- Several years of professional experience in a similar position in inside sales, customer service or sales support
- Basic technical understanding and enjoyment of dealing with technical products
- Confident German language skills at native level, fluent French skills, knowledge of Italian an advantage
- Experience in export business and international order processing an advantage
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with various contacts
- Trainer certificate or willingness to obtain one an advantage
