For our site in Domdidier, which has more than 450 employees, we are looking for a

Setter / Injection Moulding Press Mechanic 80-100%

Join our team as an Injection Moulding Press Setter Mechanic and put your expertise to work on a
state-of-the-art machine park, in an environment where technical rigour goes hand in hand with team spirit.

What does the job involve?

Assemble and disassemble moulds for production changes, maintenance and repairs
Set the presses and peripherals
Check setting parameters, note deviations, implement and carry out corrective measures
Optimise processes by providing solutions that improve efficiency and quality
Perform initial release of each production batch according to quality control requirements
Ensure the supply of raw materials to the injection presses
Monitor and analyse production data from an installation and take corrective action

What do we expect from you?

Federal VET diploma in mechanical engineering, plastics technologist (TMP) or similar training
Significant experience in setting injection presses and their peripherals
Familiarity with equipment such as robots or other automated systems
Good knowledge of French (German is an advantage)
Enthusiasm for the field of plastic injection moulding
IT knowledge of ERP, Microsoft365 (SAP is an advantage)
Knowledge in Lean management
Willingness to pursue personal training
Work in a 2x8 team model
