Prométerre is an organization whose mission is to promote Vaud agriculture as a whole and to support managers with services and development. To strengthen our team and support the evolution of our infrastructure, we are looking for a:Systems, Network and Security Engineer (%)Your activities and responsibilitiesWithin a small, dynamic, and committed team, you contribute to the evolution, maintenance, and operation of our IT infrastructure. You will work in varied environments and will be responsible for:- Maintaining and evolving network infrastructure to ensure and improve performance, reliability, and security.- Participating in the maintenance and evolution of various technical infrastructures, in particular those related to virtualization.- Managing the maintenance and evolution of the various software layers inherent to technical foundations (OS, etc.).- Strengthening the security posture and preventing vulnerabilities, implementing best practices, and managing security tools (firewalls, IDS/IPS), audits, and vulnerability analyses.- Guaranteeing the integrity, scalability, and availability of telephony services.- Anticipating incidents by performing preventive maintenance, updates, and other version upgrades of components and software layers.- Guaranteeing monitoring, in order to contribute to the availability and performance of systems.- Managing network and system technical incidents.- Providing support to support teams (L1/L2) and intervening occasionally on support activities (L1/L2) when necessary, in a logic of collective responsibility and service continuity.- Creating and updating documentation.Your profileYou have a higher education degree (university, engineering school, HEIG) with a specialization or equivalent and possess confirmed experience of at least 7 years in managing network and system infrastructure. You have solid skills in networks, security, firewalling, and master hybrid Microsoft environments/infrastructures (on-premise and cloud), notably Azure, Microsoft 365, and Entra ID. A good command of Windows Server environments as well as Linux would be a plus. You possess excellent knowledge of Conditional Access policies as well as Microsoft 365 messaging services (Exchange Online, mail flow, antispam, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, DNS).
