Your activities and responsibilities

Within a small, dynamic and committed team, you contribute to the development, securing and operation of our IT infrastructures. You will work on varied environments and will be responsible for:

• Maintaining and developing network infrastructures to guarantee and improve their performance, reliability and security,
• Participating in the maintenance and development of various technical infrastructures, particularly those related to the Datacentre (virtualisation),
• Ensuring the maintenance and development of the various software layers inherent to the technical foundations (OS, Database, etc.),
• Strengthening the security posture and preventing vulnerabilities, implementing best practices, managing security tools (firewalls, IDS/IPS), audits and vulnerability analyses,
• Ensuring the integrity, scalability and availability of telephony services,
• Anticipating incidents by performing preventive maintenance, updates and other version upgrades of components and software layers,
• Ensuring monitoring to contribute to the availability and performance of systems,
• Managing level 2/3 network and system technical incidents,
• Providing support to support teams (N1/N2) and occasionally intervening in support activities (N1/N2) when necessary, within a collective responsibility and service continuity approach,
• Creating and updating documentation.

Your profile

You have a higher education (university, engineering school, HEIG) with a specialisation or equivalent training and have at least 7 years of proven experience in managing network and system infrastructures. You have solid skills in networks, security, firewalling, virtualisation and storage.

You master hybrid Microsoft environments/infrastructures (on-premise and cloud), notably Azure, Microsoft 365 and Entra ID. Good knowledge of Windows Server and Linux environments would be a plus. You possess excellent knowledge of Conditional Access policies as well as Microsoft 365 messaging services (Exchange Online, mail flow, antispam, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, DNS). Good knowledge of security and messaging protection solutions as well as PowerShell is an asset.
