Mobility Engineer at 80%-100% - 2-year fixed-term contractPully, the 7th largest city in the Canton with its inhabitants, positions itself as a major player in the regional development of the eastern Lausanne area. Its municipal administration is, like the city itself, a dynamic entity of 250 employees, notably encouraging continuous training, preventive health actions, and mobility. To complete the staff of the Department of Works and Industrial Services, the Municipality of the City of Pully is opening a position for a Mobility Engineer at 80%-100% - 2-year fixed-term contract.Mission:Implement projects resulting from the Municipality's multimodal mobility policy within the Pully territory.Main activities:- Manage mobility studies and traffic studies.- Manage studies for road and public space redevelopment projects resulting from them.- Participate in the development and management of the traffic and mobility system.- Communicate and respond to political authorities, partners, and citizens regarding files under their responsibility.- Draft documents (reports, notices, correspondence, tender documents, minutes, etc.).Desired profile:- Engineer specialized in mobility, transport, and road planning.- Experience in managing urban projects.- Knowledge of road legislation and road safety desired.- Sensitivity to public space planning issues.- Ability to work alone and within multidisciplinary teams.- Excellent sense of service, good oral and written expression skills.- Capacity for analysis and synthesis, interest in innovation and new technologies.- Sense of flexibility in working hours, resistance to stress, and tenacity.- Good understanding and expression in German and English: an asset.What we offer:- Stable employment within a dynamic and motivated team.- Interesting and varied work in a very pleasant working environment.Start date: September 1st or to be agreed upon.Applications, accompanied by a curriculum vitae, copies of diplomas, and certificates, must be sent via the link on the City of Pully website or by mail to the Human Resources Department of the City of Pully, av. du Prieuré 2, Pully by June 8th.For any further information:Head of Mobility jid0a558ceaen jit0624aen jpiy26aen
