We place people at the heart of our activities: after all, our teams can solve problems, but they still don't know how to make a good coffee!Infrastructure Engineer Today, we are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to join us for the following missions: Deploy, administer, and maintain Microsoft Azure infrastructures as well as M365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) Manage identities via Microsoft Entra ID: Conditional Access, access policies, and hybrid Administer accounts permissions, GPOs, and access controls in hybrid and cloud environments Proactively monitor Azure and M365 environments; diagnose and resolve incidents related to messaging and collaboration Manage and maintain Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environments (on-premise and Azure) Manage VMware and/or Hyper-V resources (hosts, virtual machines, resources) Administer physical and virtual Windows servers as well as Active Directory (groups, GPO, Entra ID) Maintain storage, backup, and disaster recovery solutions Administer Microsoft SQL Server and SCCM / Microsoft Endpoint Manager Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation Monitor systems and ensure their availability and performance Document procedures and technical solutions Provide level 2 and 3 support, participate in incident management, and root cause analysis Collaborate with security, network, and cloud teams; contribute to infrastructure projects and upgrades Your profile: 8 to 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure, including 2 to 4 years as a senior engineer Proven mastery of Microsoft Azure and the M365 suite Solid experience with Active Directory and hybrid identity environments Good knowledge of VMware and/or Hyper-V Experience with Windows Server, storage, backup, and DR Proficiency with SCCM / Microsoft Endpoint Manager Certifications appreciated: AZ-104, AZ-305, others are welcome Experience in PowerShell or DevOps is a plus Fluent English is essential The recruitment process at API: Let's get started!
