Job Description
As the Infrastructure, Buildings and Greenhouses Manager at the Naturéum Botanical Garden, your mission is to ensure the performance, safety and technical continuity of the entire site. A true multi-technical reference, you oversee both the climate control of our greenhouses and the maintenance of our buildings.
Furthermore, you are responsible for the institution's IT to provide our teams with an operational working environment on a daily basis.
Responsibilities
Take technical responsibility and manage the climate control of the greenhouses and crops.
Take technical responsibility for the maintenance of buildings and infrastructure.
Supervise the maintenance of specialised technical equipment.
Manage the routine technical maintenance of infrastructure.
Be responsible for the institution's IT.

Qualifications
Professional certificate relevant to the role (electrician installer, heating engineer, etc.) or equivalent training.
Diploma as a technical specialist in building technology or equivalent training.
Bachelor's degree in climate engineering/energy/buildings/horticulture is an asset.
Minimum 5 years' experience in greenhouse climate management or technical management of complex buildings.
German language skills at B2 level desired.
Knowledge of horticulture, botany and plant ecology (especially tropical, temperate, Mediterranean and succulent plants).
Comfortable with IT tools.
Team spirit and collaboration, organisation and time management, writing skills, global vision and sense of perspective.
