On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for an Information Systems Manager (M/F).

Your future responsibilities:

• You will ensure the consistency of master data between the different systems (CAD, PLM, ERP).
• You will provide support to our internal clients for requests related to master data, coding and change management.
• You will support the business units in the evolution of information systems in collaboration with the IT department to ensure consistency between tools and processes.
• You will propose and participate in the development of system evolutions.
• You will analyse deviations from standards, system disruptions, the handling of non-conformities and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• You will write procedures and management rules related to your activity.
• You will manage projects related to applications.

Your profile:

• You hold a Technicien ES diploma, a Bachelor in industrial management or an equivalent qualification.
• You have 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role; experience in the watchmaking sector is an asset.
• You have excellent command of office tools, especially Excel and Power BI.
• You master audit techniques and information process analysis.
• You are familiar with an ERP system; experience with Strategic is an advantage.
• You have proven project management skills.
• You know how to link manufacturing technical requirements with their translation into information systems.
• You have experience in creating, updating or optimising manufacturing routings, ideally on dials.
• You understand watchmaking manufacturing processes.
• You are results-oriented, have good analytical skills and enjoy collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
