Information Systems Manager (M/F)

Responsibilities

• Ensure the consistency and reliability of master data in the systems (CAD, PLM, ERP)
• Provide support to internal users on technical data, coding and change management
• Act as a link between business units and the IT department to ensure alignment between tools and processes
• Participate in the evolution of information systems and propose improvements
• Analyse discrepancies, malfunctions and non-conformities, and implement corrective actions
• Write and keep up to date the procedures and management rules
• Contribute to or lead projects related to systems and business applications

Profile sought

Education & experience

• Higher education in industrial management, logistics or production (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent)
• Proven experience in an industrial environment (methods, logistics or quality)
• Experience in the watchmaking sector is an advantage

Technical skills

• Very good command of office tools, especially Excel (Power BI is a plus)
• Good knowledge of ERP systems (Strategic is an advantage)
• Understanding of industrial manufacturing processes (watchmaking appreciated)
• Ability to analyse and structure information flows and processes
• Experience in project management
• Ability to translate business needs into system solutions
