Deployed across several sites, the Institution of Lavigny constitutes a neurological hospital with two adult accommodation departments for people with intellectual and physical disabilities, a specialized school, and the framework of its department. The Institution of Lavigny is looking for a systems engineer & developer for a role aimed at a professional capable of intervening both in the professions, the technical aspects of the information system, and the support of departments, wishing to engage in a progressive evolution towards a managerial function. We are therefore looking for an experienced systems engineer with concrete development experience and a global vision. Main tasks: - Participate in the management of the system and activities with external partners.- Contribute to access management and their regular review.- Participate in network management and infrastructure maintenance.- Ensure technical support and incident resolution, in addition to other tasks.- Develop, maintain, and evolve internal tools, notably business tools.- Contribute to the design and implementation of external solutions.- Design and operate databases and query languages (SQL).- Actively participate in the security of the information system and data, in conjunction with the IT Security Manager and the Data Protection Officer.- Analyze the needs of departments and support professions in drafting specifications and project follow-up.We require: - A higher degree in engineering or systems (HES or university).- Confirmed senior experience (about 6 to 15 years) in complex and demanding environments, ideally in a health-social setting.- Proven experience in development and good mastery of systems and network environments.- A structured and global vision of the information system to formalize and model business needs.- Mastery of databases and SQL.- Knowledge of ERPs and software in the health domain, and experience in information system and data security.- Ability to produce clear and sustainable technical and functional documentation.- Versatility, autonomy, and a sense of responsibility.- Ability to move from conceptual to service-oriented, listening, and pedagogical skills.- Ability to prioritize and maintain control during high-pressure situations.We offer: - Opportunities for career evolution and development.- A varied technical and professional environment.- A meaningful work framework, serving residents and clients.- A salary according to the standards of the CCT of the Vaud public health sector.- The social benefits of a large institution (employee restaurant, parking and public transport from the Morges train station).Closing date: February 27.
