This role, which requires adaptability and commitment, provides the opportunity to leverage varied nursing expertise in a dynamic environment and offers a stimulating professional experience.What will you be doing?- Perform technical and specific nursing care, respecting current protocols- Actively collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure individualized and quality care- Ensure rigorous traceability of care in the patient file- Strictly follow hygiene, asepsis, and safety rules- Quickly integrate into the teams of the departments where you intervene to ensure continuity of care with professionalismWho will you be working with?The unit consists of 10 people. The Unit Nurse Manager and Pool Manager has a recognized background in various surgical specialties.
