Several public and private partners take part in this project. This nursing team is integrated into the Mobile Social Emergency Unit (UMUS). The mobile emergency team is responsible for handling level 3 emergencies (non-vital emergency, requires additional examinations and/or care) and level 4 (emergency without particular risk, care can be deferred).Your missions and responsibilities- Evaluate the urgency of the request emanating from a professional at the Triage center and at 144 and respond to it as quickly as possible or direct the person to a more suitable service if necessary- Intervene and conduct an assessment jointly with your nursing partner, bringing your clinical expertise by quickly assessing the physical and mental health of the beneficiary- Propose to the beneficiary means aimed at reducing the intensity of the perceived urgency- Take all necessary measures to ensure a stable general physical and mental state and, if necessary, coordinate the intervention of suitable medical or paramedical partners- Proceed with the written assessment of each intervention by recording with precision the care provided as well as the solution(s) chosen by and for the beneficiary- Ensure the coordination and follow-up of care within the Geneva health-social network- Use the tools available to monitor interventions, the relevance of the care for each intervention, and participate in the quality process- Participate in team meetings and supervisions, outside of intervention hours- Actively participate in sessions with nursing studentsProfile- Degree in nursing or equivalent- Minimum [number] years of professional experience- Knowledge of the Geneva socio-sanitary network- Experience or interest in the field of medical emergencies, unscheduled care, and mental health- Ability to work autonomously as well as in an interdisciplinary team- Excellent communication skills and sense of responsibilityWhat we offerAt IMAD, we believe that you are our greatest asset.
