We are looking for a permanent Industrial Manager driven by demanding technical environments and projects. We offer you a role where your impact will be concrete in industrial development and performance.Responsibilities:- Manage, support, and develop a team dedicated to production and methods- Lead projects related to the introduction of new parts as well as actions aimed at continuous process improvement- Supervise technical offers and ensure their relevance in terms of costs and feasibility- Ensure fluid communication between internal departments (production, quality, supply chain, etc.) and external stakeholders- Monitor performance indicators and guarantee industrial objectives (quality, productivity, deadlines)- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and internal procedures- Propose improvements for production methods and strengthen overall competitivenessYour profile:- Engineering degree (HES or equivalent) in mechanics, microtechnology, or a similar field- Solid background in production, ideally in the high-precision CNC turning, milling, and bar turning sector- Confirmed experience in team management and industrial project leadership- Good understanding of demanding environments (watchmaking, medical, or comparable sectors)- Leadership, ability to structure, prioritize, and manage, with aptitude and ease in cross-functional interactions- Proficiency in French and a good level of English (min.
