Quality Assurance ManagerMissionWithin the framework of this position, in our Movement Components Division, you will be responsible for managing and developing the Quality Assurance activity by strengthening preventive quality in the new components phase, in order to ensure production objectives.Responsibilities- Manage, unite, develop, and motivate a team of Quality Officers, while managing files, distributing the workload within the team, validating milestones, guiding decisions, and arbitrating priorities.- Define and/or optimize surveillance plans in relation to risks and process capabilities in order to guarantee quality in series production.- Lead transverse actions in collaboration with support departments to advance manufacturing processes and improve their capability.- Act as the guarantor of standard control ranges in production.- Contribute to the definition of standards and best practices.Profile sought- Microtechnology engineer or equivalent.- Confirmed experience in management, preferably in the watchmaking sector or in the production of watch components.- Knowledge of component manufacturing processes.- Mastery of project management.- Mastery of quality tools and methodologies.- Mastery of an ERP (SAP ideally).- Ability to propose solutions, proactivity, analytical and synthesis skills.- Excellent interpersonal skills, listening skills, customer-oriented, solution-oriented, and results-oriented. jid07f17c6aen jit0624aen jpiy26aen
