You carry out independent and precise coverage and liquidity assessments for different cases. You are in regular contact with involved parties: insured parties, beneficiaries, insurance companies, and internal interfaces. You manage correspondence related to claim processing. What you need: Completed commercial training or equivalent, accompanied by several years of experience in claims management. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work efficiently and solution-oriented. Proficiency in French and Italian, both spoken and written; knowledge of German is an advantage.
