We are looking for an experienced IFS Functional Consultant (FSM / PSO) to join an exciting enterprise transformation project in the energy and utilities sector. Location: Arnhem, NetherlandsWork Model: Hybrid - 4 days onsite, 1 day remoteStart Date: ASAP / ImmediateContract Duration: Minimum 6 monthsExperience: 8-10 yearsLanguage: Dutch (Mandatory) and English Key Responsibilities Support the implementation and configuration of IFS Cloud, focusing on Field Service Management (FSM) and Planning & Scheduling Optimization (PSO). Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Configure IFS Cloud to support field service operations, work scheduling, and business processes. Participate in workshops, gap analysis, system testing, and implementation activities. Collaborate with technical teams on system integration, data migration, and reporting. Support integration between IFS Cloud and IBM Maximo. Provide functional support, troubleshooting, and continuous process improvements. Required Skills & Experience 8-10 years of relevant ERP / functional consulting experience. Strong hands-on experience with IFS Cloud, FSM, and PSO. Experience in at least 2 full-cycle IFS Cloud implementations. Strong understanding of field service management and workforce scheduling processes. Knowledge of IFS Aurena and IFS mobile applications. Experience in the energy or utilities sector is highly preferred. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
