We are recruiting for our IT Department an ICT Technician - CDM 6 months.Your mission:Within L Hôpital de La Tour, the ICT Technician is in charge of ensuring the proper functioning of the system (RUN). Reporting to the Manager, they resolve difficulties encountered by doctors, caregivers, and teams. With the rest of the team, they participate in the preventive and corrective maintenance of all equipment and solutions of the hospital. They will be in charge of:- Taking charge of and ensuring the follow-up of level 2 incidents and requests- Carrying out diagnostics, resolution (via remote control or on-site)- Escalating to level 3 support as needed- Participating in RUN and IT team meetings- Ensuring hardware troubleshooting and maintenance (workstations, printers, network)- Formalizing procedures for the incident resolution knowledge base- Participating in the setup of medical offices or office spaces- Occasionally ensuring technical management for events and webinars- Occasionally ensuring level 1 support (phone, email, and ticketing)- Ensuring on-call duty within a teamWe are looking for a profile meeting the following criteria:- CFC or equivalent title- Experience in the IT/Support field- Good oral and written communication in French- Ability to analyze and solve common problems- Rigor in tracking requests- Service-oriented, team spirit, autonomy, and reliabilityThe following skills will be appreciated:- Work experience in the hospital field- Work experience with VIP profiles- Knowledge of the GLPI tool- Knowledge of the ITIL frameworkWe offer:- Type of contract: Fixed-term contract of 6 months- Percentage: 100% jidd9c59a3aen jit0727aen jpiy26aen
