In charge of level 3 support for all user IT devices (laptops, desktops, tablets, mobile phones, scanners, printers, workplace, meeting room equipment, etc.) at a Swiss multinational in Vevey. We are looking for a technical expert (engineer level) who is willing and motivated to carry out technical activities as well as technical coordination with 3rd party partners.

* You will actively participate in all level 3 technical support activities
* You will work as part of a team at the customer's site in La Tour-de-Peilz (at least 3-4 days on-site)
* You may be required to travel to a customer site in Switzerland (10%)
 

**Your profile**

* CFC (Swiss Federate Certificate of Capacity) in computer science with at least 5 years' experience
* Engineering-level expertise in the Microsoft operating system, SCCM, and Microsoft back-end solutions (build process, onboarding, etc.) as well as other key environments such as iOS, MacOS, Android, ...
* Strong analytical skills, effective problem-solving methodology, genuine service-oriented mindset
* French and English, spoken and written mandatory
* Ability to take the lead and ownership of issues and provide appropriate follow-up automatically
* Manage and coordinate projects and technical implementations
