ICT Support & ServiceOur client, ista, helps owners and property managers make their buildings sustainable and environmentally friendly. They ensure measurement and transparency of energy use to promote energy savings and reduce emissions.As an ICT Support & Service, your tasks include:- Ensuring stable operation at the Bussigny and Oftringen sites- Providing 1st and 2nd level support for requests, processing and prioritizing support tickets, and coordinating actions with the group IT- Installing, configuring, and deploying workstations (Microsoft & Apple)- Monitoring and ensuring the proper functioning of the systems, particularly the X system of external suppliers- Participating in IT and business projects, notably within the framework of enterprise processes- Managing inventory and providing support during the lifecycle management of assetsRequirements:- Completed vocational training as an IT specialist or equivalent in the field- At least 3 years of professional experience in ICT support, ideally in complex environments- Proven experience working with external vendors, as well as in project management and support- Strong knowledge of MS Windows and MS Office; knowledge of SAP and MS environments is a plus, as well as familiarity with iOS, Apple OS, and Claris FileMaker- Excellent command of German and French, with good knowledge of English- Strong personal skills, reliability, independence, and excellent customer-oriented, efficient, and precise work capabilities, with an entrepreneurial spirit. jid9c2c07faen jit0415aen jpiy26aen
