- Planning, coordination and implementation of the company-wide rollout of Windows 11
- Carrying out hardware and software compatibility checks
- Supporting users during the changeover and aftercare
- Collaboration with internal departments and external service providers
- Documentation of processes and results
Ihr Profil
- Completed training in the IT sector or comparable qualifications
- Experience in 1st & 2nd level support or in the IT support environment
- Confident handling of hardware & software
- Customer-oriented communication and high willingness to provide service
- Knowledge of English level C1 necessary, knowledge of German or French level B2 an advantage
