  • Planning, coordination and implementation of the company-wide rollout of Windows 11
  • Carrying out hardware and software compatibility checks
  • Supporting users during the changeover and aftercare
  • Collaboration with internal departments and external service providers
  • Documentation of processes and results

Ihr Profil
  • Completed training in the IT sector or comparable qualifications
  • Experience in 1st & 2nd level support or in the IT support environment
  • Confident handling of hardware & software 
  • Customer-oriented communication and high willingness to provide service
  • Knowledge of English level C1 necessary, knowledge of German or French level B2 an advantage
