To learn more, follow this link.MissionsWe are looking for an ICT Architect to strengthen the Security, Justice and Sport (SJS) sector, in the Applications section. The main mission consists of ensuring the evolution, coherence, and performance of the information system for these business domains in order to cover their needs, while ensuring compliance with the IT strategy of the Canton of Fribourg.Reporting to the SJS Sector Head, your activities will be as follows:- Appropriate the cantonal strategy regarding IT and deduce a logical design, by implementing the expression of the beneficiary's needs and the compliance of the architecture with the reference system of the administration's information system (IS), in compliance with the defined technical and architectural standards.- Contribute to the control of the IS by analyzing and documenting existing architectures and by formulating recommendations within the framework of its evolution.- Evaluate the relevance and coherence of projects in relation to the target architecture and existing systems.- Be the reference architect for the sector for programs, projects, missions, and current activities that take place within it.- Study, evaluate, and design the architecture for the realization of projects assigned to you and accompany project teams and developers in the implementation of architectural choices.- Contribute to activities related to architecture at the section and service level.Profile- Completed higher education in the IT field - HES, university, EPF or ES - or deemed equivalent.- Experience of at least 5 years in the development and architecture of solutions (preferably Java or .NET).- Mastery of service-oriented architectures (microservices, REST, SOAP, Messaging, ESB).- Knowledge of TOGAF architecture frameworks (a plus) and mastery of modeling languages (e.g., UML, BPMN, C4 Model).- Experience in the implementation of cloud solutions, including Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC). Knowledge of the main public cloud offers on the market, in particular Microsoft Azure and M365, if possible with certification.- Ability to work with good knowledge of ITIL processes and/or the HERMES methodology, if possible with experience in an agile environment.- Autonomous personality, endowed with very good abstraction, analysis, and synthesis skills, with a great ability to communicate in a confirmed and adapted manner to varied interlocutors; strong customer orientation.- Team spirit, sense of loyalty, autonomy, rigor, and motivation for the public service.- Mastery of the French language with good writing skills and good knowledge of technical English.
