## Job Description ##

Main Responsibilities for the IC Front-End Process & Manufacturing Quality Manager



* Lead functional quality across front-end IC manufacturing operations.
* Own the **Process Change Review Board (PCRB)**, ensuring safe process changes and risk mitigation.
* Manage **non-conformances (MRB)**, scrap reduction, and yield improvement initiatives.
* Drive process control using **SPC, MSA, FDC, and MES rules**.
* Lead audits, quality alerts, and **customer complaint resolution**, ensuring root-cause elimination.
* Deliver **continuous improvement projects** across processes and teams.

## The Successful Applicant ##

Key Requirements for the IC Front-End Process & Manufacturing Quality Manager



* Engineering degree in **Electronics, Microelectronics or Physics**.
* 10+ years in **semiconductor manufacturing environnment.**
* 5+ years in a Quality, Process Integration or Manufacturing **leadership or functional authority role**.
* Strong knowledge of **IC front-end production flows**, quality tools and process development.
* **Six Sigma Belt** with **Lean manufacturing** experience.
* Hands-on experience with **IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 13485**
* Fluent in **English. French, German or Chinese are nice to have.**
* On-site availability; functional leadership (no direct line management).
