We are recruiting for our agency in the canton of Vaud, an HVAC Technician for Facility Management.The HVAC Technician ensures the proper functioning, maintenance, and safety of buildings, technical systems, and associated services, in order to guarantee a safe, functional, and compliant work environment.MISSIONSTechnical management and maintenance of the site- Ensure the maintenance and troubleshooting of the site's HVAC systems.- Manage and monitor all maintenance work.- Plan preventive maintenance on the site system.- Update the site system for preventive maintenance and system operation, and draft procedures and activity reports.- Provide weekly 24/7 on-call service according to the schedule.REQUIRED QUALITIES AND SKILLS- Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (CFC) in Engineering or equivalent title.- Multi-trade technical knowledge.- Ability to read and understand plans and diagrams.- Proficiency in common tools and ideally in service management software.- Good communication skills, team spirit, and a sense of service.- Ability to manage priorities and stress. jid9ea82ddaen jit0832aen jpiy26aen
