Responsibilities include ensuring the proper functioning and availability of HVAC systems, planning and overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance, analyzing malfunctions, establishing diagnostics, and coordinating technical interventions. Additionally, you will optimize systems and energy performance through supervisory tools, manage technical alarms, coordinate and lead external parties (maintenance, troubleshooting, inspections), and participate in functional testing and commissioning of heating systems or equivalent technical experience. A minimum of 5 years in a similar position, experience in project management, and the ability to coordinate different stakeholders are required. Proficiency in Office 365 and supervisory tools is necessary, along with fluent French and knowledge of German being appreciated. You should be organized, dynamic, proactive, and able to make suggestions. A sense of responsibility, rigor, flexibility, and a focus on outcomes based on your skills and experiences are essential.
