Our solutions are innovative, elegant, and sustainable.Missions:- Technical areas involved:Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Smoke ExtractionRole- Lead HVAC projects from design to completion (SIA 2 to 5), ensuring technical quality, costs, deadlines, and safety.Qualities and mindset sought:- Project responsibility: carry decisions and responsibilities.- Proactive/Anticipatory: identify risks upstream.- Demanding regarding deliverables: calibrate the level of detail for each SIA phase.- Pragmatic: be solution-oriented, simple, robust, and feasible.- Proactive: advance topics with interfaces (internal/external).- Team spirit and mutual aid.Tasks- Lead and coordinate projects from A to Z in the HVAC field (SIA phases 2, 3, 4, 5), including the non-exhaustive detail by SIA phase below:SIA 2- Be able to support internal teams to carry out the monitoring of SIA phase 2 studies (audit, feasibility study, etc.).SIA 3 – Studies (pre-project + project)- Definition of HVAC concepts and variants, adapt deliverables according to the phase (pre-project/project).- Hydraulic and aural sizing.- Selection of principle diagrams and MCR.- Drafting of descriptions and technical appendices for HVAC and MCR.- Management of internal production draftsmen, framing the technical level of deliverables.- Objective: develop reliable, decarbonized solutions meeting client objectives and needs.SIA 4 – Call for tenders- Preparation of tender documents (CFC, descriptions, technical appendices, and supply limits).- Analysis and comparison of company offers.- Proposal for award.- Management of draftsmen: same as SIA 3, adjust the level of detail according to the phase, use internal REVIT developments for the production of tenders, participate in their review in a team with the draftsman.- Objective: obtain comparable offers without gray areas.SIA 5 – Construction site technical management- Coordination with companies and monitoring of the quality and conformity of work.- Monitoring of company costs and management of changes.- Monitoring of commissioning, acceptance, and resolution of reservations.- Management of draftsmen: Update of drawing deliverables, technical site support.- Objectives: deliver a project in accordance with the specifications and to the client, guaranteeing the performance planned during the project phase during the operational phase.SIA 6 – Support to internal teams to carry out HVAC monitoring.Management and smooth running of projects on technical, financial, and temporal levels:- Monitor financial indicators and ensure rigorous budget management.- Ensure document compliance according to ISO requirements.- Have in-depth knowledge of the contract related to the project (prerequisites, included and not included services).- Support Management during acquisitions.- Organize and monitor the activity of draftsmen and internal resources in coordination with other disciplines.- Collaborate closely with architects, design offices, and different trades.- Manage company claims and monitor their costs.Your skills and profile:- Essential requirements:- EPF/HES engineering degree or equivalent title in building technology – HVAC.- Minimum 3 years of experience in the field, including at least 2 years of experience in a design office in Switzerland.- Solid mastery of Swiss technical standards and directives.- Very good knowledge of HVAC and MCR.- Marked interest in energy and sustainable development.- Ease of communication, sense of negotiation, team spirit.- Mastery of Microsoft environments - Windows & Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).- Rigor and diligence at work.- Sense of responsibility, autonomy, and teamwork.- Ease of contact and knowledge of the local market.Appreciated assets:- Mastery of Visual Basic, particularly for coding.- Skills in commercial refrigeration.- Very good knowledge of REVIT and BIM environments.- Experience in multi-technical project management.- Experience in construction management.- Skills in sanitary, fire safety, or building physics.- Knowledge of English or German.Our offer:- Working conditions and flexible working hours.- 25 days of vacation, 30 days from age 55.- Unpaid leave up to 6 months.- Loyalty bonuses for service anniversaries every five years.- Internal continuous training (A+W University).- Financing models for external continuous training.- Pension fund and social benefits.- Own pension fund.- Full coverage of accident insurance premiums (professional and non-professional) by the employer.- Career:- Career opportunities throughout Switzerland.- Personal development interview and career plan with social partners.- Various benefits and offers in different areas.- CFF half-fare card.- Work environment:- Modern offices.- State-of-the-art equipment.ContactHR AssistantHead of HVAC-Energy DepartmentHave we sparked your interest?
