Join us and participate in concrete projects, visible in the field, in close collaboration with installation teams, subcontractors, and our clients.HVAC Project ManagerYour missionAs an HVAC Project Manager, you are at the heart of every project, from its design to handover, including execution and commissioning. You steer the technical aspects to ensure compliance, performance, and quality of installations throughout the project.- Preparation of execution files: In collaboration with our design office, you will oversee the preparation of execution files to ensure reliable technical bases and controlled costs.- Steering of work execution: Management of installation teams, subcontractors, and partners, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality requirements, and safety standards.- Monitoring and financial management of projects: Steering of budgets, cost monitoring, management of invoicing, and profitability control, in a logic of economic control of projects.- Support and client relations: Support for the client throughout the project in a logic of sustainable partnership, guaranteeing solutions adapted to their needs and promoting the development of the services we offer.Profile and experience- Diploma ES/ET in engineering or Engineer in a relevant field.- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position with a maintenance-oriented approach, anticipating constraints from the design phase.- Proven experience in the coordination of multiple stakeholders is a key asset.- Knowledge of HVAC standards and directives, with a strong focus on compliance and installation performance.- Risk management: Ability to evaluate, prioritize, and master technical risks throughout the project.- Organization and management of priorities in a demanding environment.- Precision, rigor, and quality.- Ease with digital tools.Your evolution – Why join us?At SPE, every project is an opportunity to contribute to ambitious and useful technical solutions.
