HVAC Technician / MCR (M/F) - Maintenance & HVAC/MCR TechniquesYour mission: Within a demanding and stimulating technical environment, you are a key player in the proper functioning and performance of HVAC systems (heating and sanitary). You ensure the reliability, safety, and techniques of the site, intervening in both maintenance and continuous adjustments of the systems.Main Responsibilities:- Ensure regular monitoring and control of HVAC systems to guarantee their optimal performance- Carry out preventive maintenance interventions on technical equipment- Diagnose, analyze, and resolve complex technical failures- Manage and address technical alarms via supervision systems (GTC)- Optimize loops and the performance of hydraulic and air balancing measures and adjustments- Participate in the functional testing of critical systems and their control systems- Supervise and coordinate external parties, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance of interventions- Monitor and support a team of subcontractors in HVAC maintenance activities- Contribute to small technical project management (specifications, technical descriptions)- Manage parts and consumables necessary for interventions- Participate in a 24/7 HVAC technical monitoring system according to the scheduleYour Profile:- CFC in heating or sanitary, ideally supplemented by an ES diploma in building technology (or recognized equivalent)- Confirmed experience in complex HVAC maintenance, ideally in an industrial environment- Good command of Centralized Technical Management (GTC) systems / MCR- Comfortable with tools (Office Suite and technical tools)- Analytical mindset, autonomy, and ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment- Service-oriented, team spirit, and excellent communication skills with various stakeholdersWhat we offer you:- A stimulating and varied technical environment- Complex systems offering real technical challenges- Autonomy in work and interventions- A committed team and a key role in ensuring continuity of responsibilities with a direct impact on site performance jidb484e49aen jit0415aen jpiy26aen
