We carry them out according to the highest quality requirements.Your tasks:- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance on technical installations (Air handling units, boilers, heat pumps, sanitary and other HVAC) in shift work (3x8)- Maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical adjustment- Management of subcontracted work- Compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental rules in all work- Intervene in a protected environment, humidity and overpressure adjustment- Keeping intervention reports and reports for maintenance projects up to dateYour profile:- CFC in building maintenance (thermal engineering or equivalent)- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position in an industrial environment- Proficiency in French, English is a plus- Very good experience in the management and technical monitoring of small construction sites- Very good command of standard tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)- Highly developed customer service sense- Good resistance to stress and flexibilityWe are represented in about fifty countries and our employees give ISS a multicultural face.
