Within our design office, you will play a key role in the design, management and success of large-scale CVCS projects, for both public and private clients. You will work on a variety of projects, ranging from complex undertakings to more targeted assignments, with genuine technical autonomy.

· Imagine, design and supervise ambitious and innovative CVCS projects.

· Ensure the technical and financial monitoring of your assignments, with a comprehensive and responsible outlook.

· Manage and support a team of project managers and planners, efficiently distributing tasks.

· Coordinate work with contractors and guarantee quality execution.

· Advise clients and architects to define the most appropriate technical solutions.

· Maintain technological watch to integrate the best practices and innovations in the sector.

. Engineering degree in a technical field such as HVAC, sanitary or thermal engineering, or equivalent training.

· Basic training complemented by postgraduate education in project management.

· 5 to 10 years of experience in managing multidisciplinary projects.

· Experience in HVAC design for residential or industrial buildings.

· Proficiency in financial project management and IT and office software tools.

· Client-oriented, good interpersonal skills and excellent listening, communication and negotiation abilities.

· Decision-making capacity and leadership.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD.

· Knowledge of Revit: a valued asset.
