Key players in regional mobility, the Nyon St Cergue Morez Railway Company SA operating the NStCM and the TPN provide essential transport services daily for the development and attractiveness of the region. In a rapidly evolving environment, the two companies wish to continue developing their human resources policy based on the foundations established in recent years.

Human Resources Manager



Your mission

Reporting directly to the General Management and a member of the Executive Board, you are responsible for defining, implementing and monitoring the HR policy of the two companies. A true partner to the Management, the Board of Directors and the managers, you support the company’s transformations, ensure the quality of the social climate and guarantee coherent, fair HR management in compliance with legal obligations. You also manage, develop and enhance the skills of an HR team of four employees.

Your main responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development of the HR policy, in connection with Management, and support organisational transformations.
  • Advise Management, the Board of Directors and managers on all HR issues.
  • Oversee all HR processes: recruitment, integration, skills development, training, remuneration and employee lifecycle.
  • Manage, develop and support the HR team.
  • Ensure constructive social dialogue and contribute to a harmonious working environment.
  • Guarantee compliance with labour law, HR policies and internal procedures.
  • Develop HR indicators and provide Management with the analyses necessary for human resources management.
  • Monitor the wage bill and training budgets in collaboration with Finance.
  • Promote health, safety, diversity, equity and continuous improvement.

Your profile

  • Higher education completed with a specialisation in human resources.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a responsible HR role, including team management.
  • Strong command of HR processes and Swiss labour law.
  • Experience in supporting change and organisational transformations.
  • Unifying, reassuring and pragmatic leadership, with the ability to build sustainably, capitalise on achievements and support developments with discernment.
  • Interpersonal intelligence, listening skills, integrity and the ability to establish trusting relationships with diverse stakeholders.
