HR Manager (80%)For the Swiss headquarters in Bern, we are looking for an HR Manager (80%) starting October 1st.What you will do with us:- You are fully responsible for HR processes and ensure compliance with legal provisions as well as personnel regulations.- Together with team leaders, you are in charge of recruitment processes, from the creation of the job offer to the hiring of new employees.- You are the contact person for our approximately 70 employees for all personnel-related questions.- You advise and support managers as well as cantonal sections on all questions regarding personnel, management, and development.- You are responsible for staff development and the training of a commercial apprentice.- With the support of the accounting department, you manage all questions regarding social security as well as the entire payroll administration.What you bring:- You hold a federal diploma as an HR specialist or an equivalent qualification.- You have at least 5 years of professional experience in the field of human resources, preferably in the non-profit sector and/or associations.- You are a communicative and open person, endowed with a good sense of diplomacy, and demonstrate assertiveness.- Your native language is French or German, and you possess very good knowledge of the other language.- You have an affinity for digital solutions and are proficient in MS Office as well as ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, SwissSalary would be an asset).- You identify with the goals of the organization.What we can offer you:- A versatile HR role offering great freedom of action.- A rewarding work environment and short decision-making processes.- Modern employment conditions, recognized by the Work-Life Balance label.- Flexible working conditions, including the possibility of teleworking.If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out.If you are interested, please apply online at the following address: jida6f13d3aen jit0624aen jpiy26aen
