A leading company in the field of railway works in Switzerland, Scheuchzer SA is looking for a Personnel Manager to strengthen the management of one of its machine groups.

Your mission

In close collaboration with the group’s technical manager, you are responsible for the human management of the teams. You ensure the availability, development and commitment of employees to guarantee the quality of services provided to our clients.

Your main responsibilities

• Recruit, integrate and support employees throughout their professional journey.
• Monitor performance, absences and skills development.
• Conduct individual interviews and implement necessary personnel management measures.
• Foster a positive working environment and manage conflict situations.
• Ensure effective communication between teams and management.
• Participate in planning and providing the human resources necessary for operational activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental requirements.
• Carry out regular site visits to maintain direct contact with the teams.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of processes and organisation.

Your profile

• Training in management, leadership, human resources or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in team leadership.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex situations and support change.
• Organisational sense, autonomy and decision-making ability.
• Interest in technical and operational environments.
• Excellent command of French.
• Knowledge of German is an advantage.
• Category B driving licence.
