In this key role, you develop a modern and structured HR policy, ensuring the coherence and efficiency of processes and governance principles. You act as an advisor to management and line managers, proposing avenues for reflection and solutions on all issues related to human resources, particularly in terms of labor law and talent management. You supervise key processes such as recruitment, career management, and workforce development and develop skills assessment and training mechanisms while accompanying executives in the management of complex situations and conflict resolution. Finally, you ensure the evolution of the internal regulatory framework and contribute to the evolution of organizational structures.ProfileOpen personality, deeply human, and endowed with an excellent sense of listening, you distinguish yourself by your strategic vision, your pragmatism, and your strong orientation towards solutions. Ideally a graduate in work psychology and rich in experience in the private economy, you benefit from a higher education degree in human resources, management, or an equivalent field. You have confirmed experience in an HR function involving strategic responsibilities. You master Swiss labor law and possess a good understanding of contemporary issues in talent management and organizational evolution. Your ability to accompany change in a dynamic context, to structure processes, and to advise management constitutes a central asset for succeeding in this role. Endowed with natural leadership, you know how to establish a climate of trust with executives and employees while demonstrating discretion, rigor, and discernment in the management of sensitive files.
