Location: GenevaContract: PermanentStart date: To be agreedAbout the PositionWe are looking for a Human Resources Manager with a solid HR foundation, capable of maintaining regular contact with the Finance Department, as well as managing HR procedures as a whole. You will work for a group active in shipping, within the Geneva branch.Human Resources Manager (hybrid HR/Finance profile) - FRA, ENG, ITAMain Responsibilities:Human Resources:- Management of the complete HR cycle: amendments, onboarding/offboarding, personnel files, absences.- Support to managers: HR processes, performance, best practices.- Contribution to Comp & Ben processes: benefits elements, internal consistency, and monitoring of payroll data.- Participation in cross-functional HR projects: process improvement, Analytics & Reporting.Finance:- Advanced Excel: Pivot tables, lookups, formulas, database management, and updating of HR dashboards (headcount, costs, turnover, KPI).- Regular interface with Finance: monitoring of numerical data, consistency checks, budgetary elements.Compliance & Legal:- Ensuring compliance with Swiss HR standards and internal processes.- Data protection.Profile sought:- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar function in an international or demanding environment (logistics, industrial, luxury, services...).- Degree in Human Resources (AFP, Federal Diploma, or equivalent).- Mastery of the HR cycle.- Mastery of Excel and affinity for data analysis.- Experience working with management teams.- Fluent French essential; English and/or Italian desired.- Rigor, autonomy, confidentiality, and very good interpersonal skills.Why join this role?- Versatile role with high impact.- International environment but human-sized in Geneva.- Exposure to management / headquarters.- Exciting HR topics (structure, finance, C&B).Interested?
