In a position of influence at the heart of human issues and management, you define and drive the human resources management (HRM) strategy of the institution in line with its objectives and values. In this key role, you develop a modern and structured HR policy, ensuring the coherence and efficiency of processes and governance principles. You provide advisory support to management and hierarchical leaders, offering them ideas and guidance on all issues related to human resources, particularly in labor law and talent management. You oversee key processes such as recruitment, career management, and workforce evolution, and develop skills development frameworks while supporting managers in handling complex situations and conflict resolution. Finally, you ensure the evolution of the internal regulatory framework and contribute to the development of mechanisms.Profile: An open-minded, deeply human personality with excellent interpersonal skills, you stand out through your vision, your analytical thinking, and your strong problem-solving abilities. Ideally graduated in occupational psychology and enriched by experience in the private sector, you hold a postgraduate degree in human resources, management, or a related field. You possess confirmed experience in an HR role with responsibilities. You are well-versed in Swiss labor law and have a good understanding of contemporary issues in talent management and workforce evolution. Your ability to manage change in a dynamic context, to structure processes, and to advise management is central to succeeding in this role.
