This position occupies a central role within the HR function, combining operational excellence, exposure to payroll, and quality of the employee experience.HR GeneralistYour responsibilities:- Ensure flawless execution of HR operations, in compliance with quality and compliance standards- Manage the employee life cycle with a particular focus on the employee experience- Participate and contribute to payroll processes, ensuring the quality and reliability of data- Guarantee the reliability and integrity of HR data- Be a trusted, responsive, and solution-oriented point of contact for employees and managers- Contribute to the optimization and continuous improvement of HR processesYour profile:- 3 to 5 years of experience in HR / payroll / HR administration- Good exposure to payroll processes in Switzerland- Excellent knowledge of Swiss labor law- Rigor, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility- Strong service orientation and ability to work with discretion and autonomy- Knowledge of SwissSalary: a significant asset- Fluent French and English (German is a plus)- Federal Diploma of HR Specialist or equivalent titlePlace of work:Start date: As soon as possible jid622a286aen jit0624aen jpiy26aen
