HR PartnerBevaix | Start date: August 1stWhy this position existsTo strengthen the Human Resources department, we are creating an HR Partner position. The HR Partner is responsible for recruitment for all group entities as well as the management and steering of training processes. Their role is to guarantee the acquisition and retention of talent, to structure initial and continuous training, and to support managers in the management, development, and evolution of their teams' skills. Reporting to the Human Resources management, you play a key and strategic role at the heart of the company.
