As part of a mandate for one of our clients active in facility management, we are looking for a Human Resources Assistant available quickly for a Try & Hire assignment in Lausanne.

You will join a dynamic environment, currently being structured, requiring flexibility and initiative.

Your responsibilities

  • Ensure the administrative management of the employee lifecycle (contracts, entries/exits, work certificates, etc.),
  • Manage absence tracking and communication with social insurances,
  • Update HR databases and internal tools,
  • Monitor working hours and manage HR data,
  • Ensure compliance with collective labour agreements and internal directives,
  • Participate in the payroll process (data entry and verification),
  • Collaborate with the Finance department for controls and reporting,
  • Contribute to the improvement of HR administrative processes,
  • Provide occasional support to the billing department,
  • Perform various administrative tasks in support of management.

Your profile

  • Holder of the HR Manager Certificate is essential as well as initial confirmed experience in Human Resources in Switzerland, in a HR assistant role,
  • Experience in an environment subject to a Collective Labour Agreement (CLA)
  • Good mastery of HR administrative processes and absence management,
  • Ability to manage a high workload with rigour and organisation,
  • Flexible, proactive and autonomous personality,
  • Comfortable in a rapidly evolving environment with processes under development,
  • Excellent prioritisation skills and ability to work at a sustained pace.
