For one of our clients based in the Gros de Vaud, we are looking for a long-term mission for their future HR Assistant at 100%.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES- Rapid, efficient, and pleasant point of entry for all requests regarding personnel management.- Liaison with various social insurances: sickness, accident, loss of earnings (APG), disability insurance (AI), and case follow-up, monitoring of daily allowance statements.- Management of payroll variables for personnel files.- Updating the database.- Managing time tracking, clock-ins, absences, vacations, and work anniversaries.- Posting schedules, scanning, and archiving various documents.COMPETENCIES- Excellent communication skills and sense of service.- Ability to work autonomously, sense of priorities, very dynamic, attention to detail, rigor, follow-up of files.- Discretion, integrity.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE- Commercial CFC or HR Assistant certification.- Minimum 2 years in an HR role.- Perfect command of French (writing and spelling).- Good knowledge of English.- Very good knowledge of MS Office.- Mastery of SuccessFactor and large ERP systems. jid3033169aen jit0625aen jpiy26aen
