We are looking for an organized, rigorous, and proactive HR Assistant to join the HR team and work on a broad scope combining HR, recruitment support, and administrative activities. This role is part of an environment with a strong context of upcoming changes.Our client is a Geneva-based SME.Missions- Prepare, draft, and follow up on employment contracts, amendments, and HR documents- Ensure the update and reliability of data in HR systems- Manage processes related to the employee lifecycle (entries, departures)- Collaborate with payroll and internal stakeholders if necessaryOnboarding & Employee Experience- Manage the entire onboarding process- Prepare welcome documents and ensure a smooth integration of new hires- Be a point of contact for HR questionsRecruitment Support- Support teams in recruitment management- Organize interviews- Manage job postings and candidate follow-up- Manage badges and access- Organize internal HR events such as birthdays and anniversaries- Contribute to internal HR projects- Ensure the management and follow-up of various HR processesProfile- Experience (2 to 5 years) in HR or HR support- Good command of HR processes related to the employee lifecycle- Discretion in management is essentialSkills- Excellent organizational skills and precision and attention to detail- Ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel- Good communication and service orientation- Proactive spirit and autonomyTools- Good command of office tools (MS Office)- Ease with HR systems (HRIS) and digital tools- Experience with SharePoint or similar tools is a plus- HR training (e.g., HR Assistant) is an important asset- Fluent French and good level of EnglishConditions and BenefitsWe are looking for a person who is:- Reliable, structured, and quality-oriented- Comfortable in a versatile role and able to manage varied tasks efficiently jid2b6a434aen jit0624aen jpiy26aen
