HR Manager at 60%, Permanent ContractThe Crans-Montana Ski Lifts operate a large-scale ski area as well as a network of 10 mountain restaurants. In this unique setting combining technical infrastructure and high-altitude hospitality, we are looking for an HR Manager, autonomous in service, to ensure the smooth operation of HR activities and support staff on a daily basis.YOUR MISSION:- Ensure the complete management of the employee life cycle (hiring, changes, and departures).- Participate in the recruitment process: drafting announcements, pre-selection of candidates, and interviews.- Prepare and ensure the follow-up of employment contracts, amendments, and other administrative documents.- Manage personnel files and ensure data updates in the HR system (HRIS Abacus).- Collaborate in the preparation of variable salary elements and the control of payroll data.- Manage absences, leave, accidents, and medical certificates.- Respond to requests from employees and managers regarding HR procedures and policies.- Participate in projects related to skills monitoring and employee development.- Create and update HR dashboards (absenteeism, turnover, recruitment, etc.).- Contribute to HR projects related to the digitalization of processes and the employee experience.- Ensure compliance with legal requirements, collective agreements, and internal procedures.PROFILE:- Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (CFC) as a commercial employee or equivalent qualification.- Holder of the Human Resources Assistant certificate, an asset.- French language, any other languages an asset.- Good command of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook).- Autonomous, stress management skills, proactive, and a strong interest in teamwork.BENEFITS:- Ski pass offered on-site (value included in the salary and subject to social security contributions).- Ski equipment servicing once a year.- Bonus every 5 years.- Possibility to join the CMA Amicale.- Discounts in several establishments in the region (restaurants, wellness center, etc.).Start date immediately or by arrangement.If you are looking for a new stimulating challenge in an exciting field, send your application by email or by mail to the address: CMA SA, Human Resources, P.O.
