In this position, you will independently take charge of all HR activities related to payroll management and absence management, while contributing to the development and continuous improvement of HR processes.Impact in this role- Complete management of personnel administration (entries, exits, absences, etc.)- Management of absence cases for the French-speaking region in collaboration with HR partners- Payroll management from A to Z (social insurance, checks, etc.)- Monitoring of HR files in compliance with Swiss law- Support and advice to employees and management on HR issues- Participation in cross-functional HR projects and the development of internal processes to ensure optimal service quality- Collaboration with external partners (insurance companies, pension funds, authorities)Your background and expertise- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position: Payroll and HR administration- Excellent knowledge of Swiss labor law and social insurance- Recognized HR certification (HR Assistant Diploma, or equivalent)- Confirmed experience in absence management- Very good organizational skills, rigor, and sense of priorities- Comfortable in a context of change, solution-oriented, good management of priorities, and awareness of the stakes in a rapidly evolving environment in full transition- Willing to work in a collaborative manner to support colleagues and driven by positive energy in the service of the HR function- Autonomy, reliability, and sense of confidentiality- Ease with HR and office tools- English: minimum B1 level- German: an assetA place where you can evolve and have an impact- A varied, demanding, and dynamic work environment- Great autonomy in the function, surrounded by a collaborative and supportive team- A position with diversified tasks- A main workplace in Lausanne, with no regular travel required (occasional only)- Conditions in line with your skills and experienceDo you have questions?
