Then join us!The Human Resources department is opening a position for:HR Administrator - Permanent contract at 100%Your role:Within the Personnel Management and Technical unit, you are the primary contact for employees for all questions related to payroll, social insurance, time and absence management, as well as HR procedures. You ensure the proper execution of processes and guarantee quality support, in compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal provisions.Main responsibilities:- Administer, execute, and control HR financial flows, guaranteeing the accuracy and punctuality of payments (salaries, external transfers, etc.), in compliance with the legal and regulatory framework,- Welcome, listen to, inform, and guide internal or external clients and ensure the management of requests resulting from this,- Manage social insurance and taxes, by consolidating contributions and deductions (AVS, LPP, unemployment, SUVA, withholding tax, etc.) and ensuring their payment to the relevant organizations,- Produce annual statements, withholding tax statements, and salary statements for all employees,- Manage working time recording and process requests related to time and absence management, in collaboration with decentralized time managers and the relevant units,- Manage and update individual employee data in HR systems (SAP), including personal, contractual, and salary data,- Ensure the quality, consistency, and reliability of HR data and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and update dashboards, reports, and monitoring tools necessary for the service's activity,- Ensure close collaboration with the various units of the company to guarantee the proper functioning of HR processes and the fluidity of exchanges.Profile:- Commercial CFC or equivalent qualification,- HR Administrator qualification or equivalent qualification,- Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR role, in the fields of Payroll or social insurance,- Mastery of MS Office tools,- Good knowledge of SAP-HR, SuccessFactors systems and/or equivalent HR tools,- Excellent writing skills and ease in handling confidential information,- Sense of rigor and ability to manage several files simultaneously,- Autonomy, analytical mind, and respect for deadlines,- Very good interpersonal skills and customer service orientation,- Team spirit, discretion, and sense of responsibility.Are you interested?We hope that this position will arouse your curiosity and make you want to contribute to the deployment of our multimodal strategy which defines the global vision in terms of long-term mobility!
