Reporting to the Human Resources Director, you will oversee all activities related to personnel management and techniques. You will manage and coordinate a multidisciplinary team of about ten specialists, ensuring quality, coherence, and efficiency in the HR services offered. Your role includes supervising processes and representing the organization to social partners while guaranteeing legal and regulatory compliance.Main responsibilities:- Supervise, organize, and lead the work of a team of about ten within Human Resources.- Develop, propose, and coordinate the implementation of tools aimed at efficient management of HR processes.- Oversee key areas such as the salary system, time management, absence tracking, and HR reception.- Ensure compliance with internal rules as well as current regulations.- Structure, formalize, and deploy procedures, workflows, and processes related to HR.- Ensure comprehensive supervision of the social insurance area.- Produce, analyze, and monitor data and activities related to social insurance and HR.- Ensure continuous improvement of processes and the quality of services provided.Profile:- Master's degree in Human Resources, law, economics, social sciences, or considered complementary (federal diploma in HR/social insurance).- Proven experience of at least 10 years in Human Resources, including 5 years in a management role.- Excellent knowledge in HR management, social insurance, and labor law.- Ability to unite and motivate a multidisciplinary team.- Strong autonomy and developed rigor, as well as resilience to stress.- Ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders (management, social partners).- Perfect command of French (oral and written), good knowledge of German and/or English is an asset.- Proficiency in HR tools (SAP HR, HCM X) and excellent digital skills.Are you interested?
