If you like to combine rigor and human values, this role is for you.Your key missionsYou will exercise your function within the HR unit, in collaboration with two other unit heads, under the authority of the Head of the HR Entity. In this context, your responsibilities are:- Plan, organize, coordinate, and supervise the activities of the HR partners and HR administrators team- Support and advise management on specific cases or questions related to labor law and internal provisions- Conduct necessary interviews with the support of management and ensure the follow-up of implemented measures- Contribute to compliance with the legal framework and the establishment's HR procedures and processes- Guarantee the continuity, quality, and adherence to deadlines for service delivery or arbitrate on complex cases within the unit, by referring to the hierarchical line- Participate in the development of unit members, their continuous training, and ensure the well-being of the teamYour profile- Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification in management- Minimum 5 years of experience in leading an HR team- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills- Adaptability and flexibility- Sense of responsibility and ability to propose solutions- Solid writing and communication skillsEVAM offers a committed work environment- A teleworking policy- 5 weeks of vacation (6 from age 50)- Very good social benefits- Meaningful projects in a stimulating intercultural contextThe recruitment process in 2 steps:1.
