Description du poste :

1. Recruitment Support:

* Assist the Talent Acquisition Team with end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
* Pre-screen candidates and coordinate interview schedules, ensuring timely and professional communication with candidates and hiring managers.
* Organize and manage logistics for candidate assessments and background checks, liaising with external vendors as needed.

2. Administrative Duties:

* Maintain the accuracy and integrity of employee records in the HR Information System, Workday, including the upload and upkeep of job descriptions.
* Provide administrative support to the Direct Appointment Review Committee and the Job Evaluations Committee.
* Manage the career inbox, handling candidate queries regarding application status and guiding them through the online application process.

3. Data Management:

* Ensure proper electronic filing of recruitment documents and maintain records in compliance with data protection regulations.
* Track and report on recruitment metrics to monitor and improve the recruitment process efficiency.

4. Customer Service:

* Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a positive recruitment experience.
* Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

Description du profil :


* Associate Degree or equivalent in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Proven experience in a high-volume administrative role within a regulated environment.
* Proficiency in handling confidential information with discretion and tact.
* Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Workday.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.


* 2-4 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a multinational organization.
* Knowledge and experience in using Workday HR systems.
