HR Specialist - 100%Our client, active in a dynamic industrial environment, is looking for an autonomous, rigorous HR Specialist who is comfortable with numbers, capable of managing all HR activities while contributing to cross-functional projects with the teams. You play a key role in HR data analysis, financial controls related to personnel, and processes.Main responsibilitiesTime management & data analysis- Administer and be the internal point of contact for KELIO. Ensure the reliability of time data and clocking.- Produce HR reports (absenteeism, hours, costs).- Perform numerical analyses to support HR and financial decisions.- Participate in internal controls related to HR data and HR costs.HR Administration- Manage the entire personnel cycle (entries, exits).- Prepare contractual documents and amendments.- Ensure the management of social insurance and benefits.- Monitor absences, illnesses, accidents, and permits.- Update personnel files and ensure data compliance.- Collaborate with the payroll department (data transmission, checks, corrections).Recruitment and Onboarding- Participate in the recruitment process according to workload (needs analysis, selection, interviews).- Manage unsolicited applications and ad-hoc sourcing.- Organize and participate in interviews with managers.- Prepare the arrival of new hires and ensure their onboarding.- Monitor recruitment KPIs and update dashboards.- Contribute to offboarding processes.Support to employees & managers- Be a reliable and available HR point of contact.- Accompany managers in their HR procedures.- Participate in HR meetings with employees when necessary.- Manage performance reviews at the end of the probationary period.- Monitor employee development in connection with the HRD.- Ensure the training of new employees.- Participate in internal and external audits.- Monitor training sessions and update data in SAP SuccessFactors.- Collaborate with the HRD for calls for tenders and the selection of HR service providers.HR Projects & Communication- Actively participate in cross-functional HR projects with the HRD.- Contribute to the implementation of new procedures, tools, and policies.- Prepare and disseminate internal HR communications.- Support the HRD in various tasks.Profile- 3 to 5 years of HR experience in the industry.- Very good command of KELIO.- Ease with numbers, analyses, and financial controls.- Excellent English skills (oral and written).- Ability to interact with diverse teams.- Sense of confidentiality, rigor, and autonomy.- Very good organizational skills and team spirit.- Comfortable with HR tools and systems (SAP SF is a plus).We offer- A varied and responsible position.- A modern and caring work environment.- A committed HR team. jide0f2bfdaen jit0416aen jpiy26aen
